Excavation work of IT park in ELCOTs
IT-SEZ at Vilankurichi, Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu is completed.
The project will be implemented by
Tidel Park Coimbatore, a joint venture of TIDCO, ELCOT, TIDEL and STPI. The
Rs.140 crore park to spread on 1.61 lakh sq.m area will include a building
complex of 3 basements+G+4 floors.
Consolidated Construction Consortium
is the contractor, whereas CRN, Chennai is appointed as architect for the
project. Tata Consultancy is awarded the project engineering contract for the IT
park. Currently work on the park is underway and is scheduled for completion
within 10 months.
