Luxury resort investment company, Fine Acers has announced its target for reaching Rs 5,000 crore in assets under management (AUM) by 2026-27, up from the current Rs 2,500 crore. The company has also secured a USD 70 million deal with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts to develop four new hotels - one in Dubai and three in India.
Additionally, Fine Acers has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan government to develop a resort in Udaipur. Furtheron, its expansion plans reflect its commitment to expanding its presence in the luxury resort market, combining international partnerships and domestic developments to achieve its growth targets.
The company's ongoing projects are expected to be completed by 2028, with construction in full swing across its seven properties which are located globally.
Fine Acers Managing Director Dinesh Yadav said, "we are offering seven percent return on our properties from the beginning of investment which can increase post our properties start making profits."
