Orchid Hotels (ROHL) has signed a management agreement for a new 65-key property in Ambala, Haryana, marking a strategic expansion into an emerging market bordering Punjab.
Developed in collaboration with Mr. Lovepreet Singh, the resort underscores ROHL’s asset-light growth model and its commitment to offering “exceptional guest experiences.” Spread over six acres with a built-up area of 1,05,000 sq. ft., the property is designed to serve both business and leisure travellers. The resort will offer deluxe, club, and suite categories, along with premium amenities such as a multi-cuisine restaurant, vibrant bar, swimming pool, spa and salon, and a fully-equipped gym.
The resort cater to events, it features four banquet halls ranging from 3,200 sq. ft. to 8,000 sq. ft., a conference area, and a 25,000 sq. ft. lawn with tent facilities, making it suitable for destination weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, and conventions. Positioned to strengthen tourism in North India, the Ambala property reflects ROHL’s focus on underserved markets.
