GAP Group’s flagship integrated township, Akhilam, located in the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), has received environmental clearance from Gujarat’s State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).

The approval, following the SEIAA’s appraisal committee’s recommendation, allows for the development of a modern residential and commercial township with a built-up area of 1.03 lakh sq. mtrs. The project will feature three towers and three blocks, offering 1,000 premium one BHK studio apartments and over 250 commercial spaces.

Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director of GAP Group, emphasized that Akhilam aligns with Dholera’s growth as an urban and industrial hub. Spread across 42,000 sq. mt., the project will include a business park, office spaces, and luxury amenities. Dholera’s development is supported by infrastructure projects like the Ahmedabad-Dholera Expressway and an international airport. With major developments underway, Akhilam will play a crucial role in shaping Dholera’s future as a smart city.
