Shriram Properties has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner, to develop a premium row houses project in North Bengaluru.
The project, spanning seven acres, is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 600 crore. The company plans to launch the project in the next financial year. Akshay Murali, Vice President of Business Development at Shriram Properties, highlighted the location’s infrastructure growth and proximity to the upcoming biodiversity park as key factors that make it ideal for premium row houses.
The development aims to transform the residential landscape in North Bengaluru, catering to growing demand for premium housing in the area.
