Glow, a green energy startup, has raised USD 30 million (approx. Rs 250 crore) in funding from venture capital firms Framework and Union Square Ventures.
The investment aims to bolster Glow's mission of promoting renewable energy adoption globally, with an initial focus on India. Since its establishment in 2023, Glow has successfully launched three solar farms in Rajasthan, collectively producing 21.3 MW of solar energy.
These facilities are situated at Rays Power Experts' site near Bikaner.
David Vorick, Glow’s CEO and co-founder, stated that the funding will help the company scale its operations, expand its solar farm network, and provide clean, affordable energy to communities worldwide.
