Modon Developments, Egypt-based real estate development and management company, will construct the Green River Tower in New Administrative Capital (NAC), a large-scale project of Egypt.
The project will entail a total investment of more than USD 285.81 million. The Green River Tower is spread across 60,000 sq mtr and rises to a height of 30 storeys. It will be run by a number of major hotel management businesses and will include administrative and commercial sections.
The project is expected to be completed in four years. Over 15,000 sq mtr, with the administrative component of the project totaling over 20,000 sq mtr is expected to completed in March 2022.
The office spaces range from 35 to 1,000 sq mtr to meet the demands of different businesses and commercial portion of the project spans 13,000 sq mtr, with 20,000 sq mtr set aside for residential units.
