Chairing a High Powered Works Purchase Committee (HPWPC) meeting in Panchkula, also attended by urban local bodies minister Vipul Goel, the Chief Minister ordered a standard operating procedure (SOP) with defined timelines and responsibilities, stressing “no compromise on quality” and urging recognition for high-performing contractors.
