Hazoor Multi Projects (HMPL) is making a significant entry into the green energy sector with the launch of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Saur Urja Park (CSMSUP), Maharashtra’s first solar park. Developed in collaboration with UK-based multinational company, this project is set to revolutionise the state's renewable energy landscape.
Located in Solapur district across 4,200 acres, the solar park will have a capacity of 1.2 GW, making it a major contributor to India’s renewable energy goals. The park will feature 750-watt capacity solar panels, utilising both fixed and tracking systems to optimise energy production throughout the day. Once operational, CSMSUP will not only support India’s green energy transition but also significantly reduce the nation’s carbon footprint. The project promises to create opportunities and stimulate economic growth in the Solapur region.
In addition to the CSMSUP, HMPL is expanding its renewable energy portfolio with solar hybrid projects planned in Maharashtra for 1,200 MW and Andhra Pradesh with 500 MW capacity.
HMPL, a leading player in the Indian infrastructure sector, has a rich history in civil engineering, with expertise in road construction, bridges, and flyovers.
