House of Swamiraj has signed a Rs 180 crore development agreement with Prakash CHS and Sargam CHS for a premium residential project on a 2,000 sq. mtrs. plot, off Pokhran Road in Thane West.

The agreement, attended by directors Jason Samuel, Ajay Kedare, Gordon Monteiro, and Rajesh Wayal, marks the Group’s second major milestone in three months. Strategically located in one of Thane’s most sought-after corridors, the project will address growing demand for lifestyle-centric housing with modern design and enduring value.

Premium housing, particularly units above Rs one crore, dominated 62 percent of national sales in H1/2025, aligning with the brand’s positioning.
