Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), in collaboration with the Ambuja Neotia Group, has announced the opening of the Taj Ganga Kutir Resort & Spa in Raichak, West Bengal.

The 155-key luxury resort is located near the scenic confluence of the Ganga River and the Bay of Bengal. Puneet Chhatwal, MD & CEO of IHCL, emphasized that the launch reinforces the company’s focus on expanding into unique Indian destinations that offer cultural and natural richness. This new property adds to IHCL’s portfolio of premium resorts under the ‘Taj’ brand across India.

Harshavardhan Neotia, Chairman of the Ambuja Neotia Group, highlighted that Taj Ganga Kutir is the fifth resort in the ‘Kutir’ series at Raichak and reflects their ongoing collaboration with IHCL. He added that the development aims to enhance tourism in the region and contribute to the growth of local employment and the hospitality ecosystem in Bengal.
