Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a 64-key hotel in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, under its Gateway brand.
The brownfield project, in partnership with Riaz Ahmad Panjra of Cemtac Cements, aims to leverage Pahalgam’s scenic landscapes and rich cultural heritage to cater to leisure, spiritual, adventure, and eco-tourism segments. The Gateway Pahalgam will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a heated pool, spa, gym, health club, and 2,000 sq. ft. of banqueting facilities for events and gatherings.
With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Jammu and Kashmir will include seven hotels, with more under development, enhancing the region’s hospitality landscape.
