IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement for the 111-key Holiday Inn Siliguri in West Bengal, partnering with Four Vedas Hotels & Resorts—a joint venture of Kaysons Group, Sagar Group, and Golden Goenka Group.

Siliguri’s importance as a commercial and transit hub, coupled with its rising stature in trade and meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), makes it a strategic location for the new hotel. The Holiday Inn Siliguri aims to cater to business travelers and tourists, boosting the city’s hospitality sector while supporting its role as a commercial nexus.

IHG’s Managing Director for South West Asia, Sudeep Jain, highlighted that the hotel’s modern design and versatile offerings, combined with IHG’s trusted hospitality standards, will make it a vital part of IHG’s growing presence in India. This development underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint in key emerging markets.
