Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a new property—Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, in Bihar. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group.
The upcoming property will offer 56 well-appointed rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting room, swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and other public amenities. Strategically located, the hotel will be well-connected via public and private transport networks. Kapil Sharma, Executive VP – Finance & CFO of Lemon Tree Hotels, stated that the signing strengthens the brand’s presence in Bihar, where it already operates one hotel and has another under development.
This move aligns with Lemon Tree’s broader strategy to expand its footprint across India and offer guests more comfortable and accessible stay options. Lemon Tree Hotels (LTHL) is one of India’s largest hotel chains, operating across upscale to economy segments under brands like Aurika, Lemon Tree Premier, Red Fox, and Keys.
