The Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management, Kerala (IIITM-K) has floated a tender for the construction of a Digital Science Park at Technopark Phase IV in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The contract, worth Rs 202.13 crore, with a completion timeline of 30 months, aims to create a state-of-the-art facility to promote digital innovation and research. The scope includes construction of multi-storied RCC framed buildings with pile foundations and integrated systems like plumbing, clean rooms, HVAC, electricals, lifts, fire safety, STP, specialised gas supply, data infrastructure, and yard development.
The initiative is part of Kerala's larger push to establish itself as a hub for high-tech infrastructure and research-focused development in the digital and IT sectors.
The last date for bid submission is 17 November, 2025.
