The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi has issued a tender for project management consultancy (PMC) services covering planning, design, and development for the construction of new academic blocks, two-BHK and three-BHK housing, a student activity centre (including a sports complex), and associated infrastructure.

The appointed PMC will engage a design consultant to prepare bid-ready proposals, with IIT Mandi involved in the consultant selection. The design scope includes architectural planning, landscaping, horticultural works, roads, drainage, slope protection, structural engineering, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning) systems. It will also cover low-voltage systems such as CCTV and LAN, along with any other essential requirements for work completion. 

The total contract period is 72 months, comprising 36 months for execution and 36 months for defect liability period (DLP).

The bid submission closing date is 20 August, 2025.
