Inox Green Energy has signed a major agreement with a large diversified Indian conglomerate for the comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of 182 MW of operational wind projects.
Spread across multiple sites in western India, these projects are connected to common infrastructure owned by Inox Green. The deal includes converting limited-scope O&M to comprehensive O&M for 82 MW, and renewing comprehensive O&M for another 100 MW ahead of schedule. The contract will run for the remaining operational life of the projects.
CEO SK Mathu Sudhana described the development as a milestone, noting that the company’s entire fleet with this marquee customer has returned to its fold, reflecting shifting dynamics in the wind O&M sector. This agreement strengthens Inox Green’s long-term service portfolio while enhancing operational stability for the client’s renewable assets. The move aligns with the company’s growth strategy in the wind energy segment, building on its expertise and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability of large-scale wind power installations.
