INOX Air Products (INOXAP) has secured a 20-year on-site gas supply agreement with Premier Energies, a leading Indian solar cell manufacturer.

The deal involves the installation of a state-of-the-art cryogenic air separation unit (ASU) at Premier’s greenfield solar cell facility in Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh. The ASU will supply 7000 nm³/h of high-purity Nitrogen, 250 nm³/h of ultra-pure Oxygen, and additional liquid gases. This long-term partnership builds on INOXAP’s four-year association with Premier Energies, cementing its role as a preferred supplier of industrial gases for the solar industry.

The ASU is set to be commissioned next year, supporting Premier’s 3GW solar PV production and future four GW capacity. This collaboration is a key step toward advancing India’s solar manufacturing capabilities and clean energy goals. The new agreement strengthens INOXAP’s four-year partnership with Premier Energies, establishing a series of long-term, on-site contracts for industrial gases sourced from INOXAP’s cryogenic plants, further solidifying its position as the preferred partner.
