Indian Oil Corporation and Maruti Suzuki India (MSIL) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance customer convenience by establishing Maruti Suzuki service facilities at select IOCL's fuel stations across India.
This collaboration aims to leverage Indian Oil’s extensive network to offer scheduled maintenance and minor repairs for Maruti Suzuki vehicles at fuel stations, providing a seamless service experience for customers. The initiative will add to Maruti Suzuki’s existing 5,780+ service touchpoints, giving car owners a convenient one-stop solution for both refueling and vehicle maintenance.
Saumitra P Srivastava, Director (Marketing) at IOCL, highlighted the company’s commitment to improving the customer experience, saying, “IndianOil is committed to enhancing the customer experience at our fuel station through value-added services. With a network of over 41,000 fuel stations across the length and breadth of India, we are uniquely positioned to bring essential services closer to the consumer." This partnership promises to make automotive maintenance more accessible for millions of car owners.
