Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy has received an order worth Rs 143.20 crore, from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses.

The order involves the supply of solar modules, marking a significant milestone in the company’s renewable energy business. The contract is to be executed in the financial year 2025-26. Alongside this achievement, Insolation Green Energy has also incorporated four wholly-owned subsidiaries on 11 September 2025 — GRJP Green Infra, HVJN Green Infra, MPGE Green Infra, and SRJG Green Infra. These entities have been structured as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to establish solar power plants, underscoring the group’s long-term vision of strengthening its presence in clean energy infrastructure.

The dual development of securing a high-value order and launching SPVs positions Insolation Green Energy to expand both its product offerings and project portfolio, thereby enhancing its role in India’s transition towards sustainable and renewable power solutions.
