The Jaipur Municipal Corporation has invited bids for the bioremediation of legacy waste at old dumpsites under the Swachh Bharat Mission Urban 2.0, Cluster 4.
The project aims to address the long-standing issue of waste management by applying bioremediation techniques to reduce and manage waste in various urban local bodies (ULBs). The initiative will focus on cleaning and revamping existing waste dumpsites, enhancing the environmental sustainability of these areas. This move is part of a broader effort under the Swachh Bharat Mission Urban 2.0 to improve urban cleanliness and waste management infrastructure across the country, promoting a cleaner and more sustainable urban environment.
The contract is valued at Rs. 154.49 crore, with a closing date for submission set for 29 January, 2026.
