Developed by K Raheja Corporation, the Phase-II of IT park 'Mindspace' at Shamshabad, near International Airport in Hyderabad district of Telangana, has reported steady progress.
Spanning over 350 acre of land, both Phase-I and Phase-II of the project consist 10 buildings of G+three floors. The Phase-I of the development got completed in 2017 and in the same year work was commenced on Phase-II.
The latest development reported with Projects Today indicates, work on six building out of 10 schedule for Phase-II has been completed. The construction work on the remaining four building is scheduled for completion by March 2021.
