The Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) has issued a tender forthe establishment of the Knowledge, Wellbeing, and Innovation City (KWIN City) Phase-1 in Doddaballapura and Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District.

The project aims to create a world-class hub for innovation and well-being. The development includes key infrastructure works such as clearing and grubbing of road land, involving the uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, and saplings. Additionally, earthwork excavation for foundations will be carried out using mechanical means to ensure proper depth and alignment. The construction of embankments using approved materials will also be a major part of the project.

This project is crucial for supporting economic growth and innovation in the region, and it marks a significant step towards transforming the area into a thriving industrial and innovation hub. 

 The closing date for bid submission is set for 22 January, 2026.
