Existing investors KKR and PSP Investments have further invested in Lighthouse Learning Group (formerly EuroKids International), signaling strong support for its growth strategy.

This new funding will aid in expanding the company’s school network, particularly in key cities, while enhancing its teaching and technology capabilities to improve operational efficiency. Demand for quality education in India continues to rise, which has driven Lighthouse Learning’s expansion. KKR, which initially invested in 2019, will maintain a majority stake and continue to play a pivotal role in the company’s growth.

The investment, made primarily from KKR’s Asian Fund IV, will help expand Lighthouse Learning's presence, which already includes over 1,850 preschools and 60 K-12 schools serving 190,000 students across India. Its portfolio includes renowned brands such as EuroKids, Kangaroo Kids, EuroSchool, and Billabong High International.
