KP Green Engineering (KPGEL) has received a letter of award (LoA) from Mahatma Phule Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Technology (MAHAPREIT), a Government of Maharashtra enterprise.

The LoA is for the implementation of a 30 MW distributed grid-connected rooftop solar PV project in Goa under the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) mode. KPGEL has secured the L1 bid (A1 category) for the development of five MW of rooftop solar PV capacity across various government buildings in Goa.

As the turnkey EPC contractor, the company will oversee the complete project lifecycle—including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and a five-year maintenance service. “This landmark win significantly expands our presence in government solar infrastructure and reaffirms our position as a trusted leader in India's renewable energy sector,” the company stated.
