KPI Green Energy has been awarded a commercial letter of award (LoA) by Aditya Birla Renewable Energy (ABREL), based in Mumbai, for a 22.26 MWp solar power project. Strategically located in Gujarat, the project will be part of the company's captive power producer (CPP) business segment..

In this contract, KPI Green will provide services such as designing, supplying, loading, unloading, transportation, arranging comprehensive insurance, erection, testing, synchronisation, and achieving commissioning/ commercial operation (CoD).

The engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract also includes conducting a performance acceptance test (PAT) and facility acceptance test (FAT), obtaining permits/approvals for the following solar power generator, as an EPC  balance of system (BOS) for the project.

KPI Green would develop the project in terms of the definitive agreements, which is to be inked between these entities.

The project is anticipated to be completed in the financial year 2024.
