KPI Green Energy has signed contract agreements worth Rs 696 crore with SJVN, for the execution of a 200 MW (AC) solar power project in Khavda, Gujarat.
This development marks a major milestone for KPI Green in expanding its renewable energy portfolio. The agreements involve three main contracts: Supply, EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), and O&M (operation and maintenance) for the solar project. KPI Green’s role includes supplying equipment, overseeing civil and structural works, conducting testing and commissioning, and providing O&M services for three years post-commissioning.
The Khavda Renewable Energy Park, where the project is based, is set to become the world’s largest renewable energy hub, strengthening KPI Green’s position as a leader in the solar EPC sector.
