Kranti Industries has announced a strategic joint venture with the Kores Group to establish a new greenfield precision machining facility in Halol, Gujarat. 

Named KRAKO Precision, the venture is aimed at expanding Kranti’s manufacturing footprint and reinforcing its position in precision engineering. The plant, strategically located near key OEM clusters, will primarily serve Kores Group’s casting needs and also target broader automotive and engineering applications. With an equity structure of 35 percent for Kranti and 65 percent for Kores, KRAKO will be equipped with advanced CNC and automation-enabled systems, ensuring high precision and operational efficiency. 

This partnership is expected to drive innovation, scalability, and sustainable value creation. By combining Kranti’s engineering capabilities with Kores’ manufacturing strength, the JV is poised to meet evolving global and domestic demand for high-quality machined components, further supporting India’s growing role in the automotive supply chain.
