Lemon Tree Hotels has signed an agreement for its new property in Valsad, Gujarat, to be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.
Scheduled to open in FY 2029, the Lemon Tree Hotel in Valsad will feature 46 well-appointed rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and public areas. Strategically located five km from Valsad Railway Station and 99 km from Surat International Airport, the property will also benefit from excellent rail and road connectivity to major cities like Mumbai, Surat, and Ahmedabad.
Valsad is a prominent industrial and agricultural hub in southern Gujarat, renowned for its Alphonso mangoes, historical temples, lush greenery, and serene attractions such as Tithal Beach and the Udvada Zoroastrian fire temple.
