Lodha Developers, formerly known as Macrotech Developers, has acquired five land parcels in the first quarter of FY26 to develop residential projects with a combined gross development value (GDV) of Rs 22,700 crore.
The nature of these acquisitions—whether outright purchases or partnerships with landowners, was not disclosed. The move is part of Lodha’s strategy to tap into growing housing demand in major Indian cities.In the last financial year, the company secured 10 land parcels with a total sales potential of Rs 23,700 crore.
Lodha Developers has already achieved over 90 percent of its FY26 goal of adding Rs 25,000 crore worth of new projects. “With further strengthening of our launch pipeline... we remain on track to achieve FY26 presales guidance of ?21,000 crore,” the company added.
