Marathon Nextgen Realty (MNRL) has announced the launch of two major residential projects in Mumbai and Panvel.

In Bhandup, MNRL introduces three new residential towers under its Neohomes portfolio, totalling 2.2 lakh sq. ft. of space with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 370 crore, including the second tower of Neovalley Narmada and the third tower of Neo Park Ashoka, together adding around one lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area The project, within the 6.5-acre Neo Park layout, offers modern amenities like fitness centres, rooftop gardens, and children’s play areas.

Simultaneously, in Panvel, MNRL has launched Phase III of its flagship township, Marathon Nexzone, featuring The Nirvana Collection. The new phase spans 3 acres, with four premium towers and a retail promenade, totalling Rs 600 crore in GDV. Residents will enjoy luxury features like swimming pools, yoga zones, co-working spaces, and retail options.
