Mesaso Infrastructure is constructing a commercial-cum-multi level car park complex 'West Point', at M G Marg in Gangtok, East Sikkim district of Sikkim. Till date, around 50 percent of the work has been completed.

The proposed project will take up around 7.11 acres of land parcel and would comprise a building with 4G+10 floors. The complex will have parking facilities, a mall with a multiplex, a food court and a boutique hotel with a rooftop swimming pool.

The project also involves the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 120 klpd based on advanced technology. The in-house team has been assigned the contractors job.

In February 2022, Mesaso Infrastructure received environmental clearance for the project from the ministry of environment, forest and climate change (MoEF&CC).

According to the updates available with Projects Today, the company intends to complete the complex work by March 2024.
