Ganesh Housing Corporation’s flagship Ahmedabad project, Million Minds Tech City, has become Gujarat’s first SEZ IT park to secure the prestigious IGBC Platinum certification under the IGBC Green New Buildings Rating program.

This recognition underscores the project’s excellence in site planning, energy and water conservation, indoor environmental quality, sustainable materials use, and innovation. Located on SG Highway at Vaishnodevi Circle, the 65-acre integrated township is designed by RSP Architects and managed by Tishman Speyer. It features 18 million sq. ft. of mixed-use development — equally split between Grade A commercial spaces and luxury residences & retail — creating a “walk-to-work” ecosystem with IT parks, residences, luxury hotel, retail spaces, and 1.65 lakh sq. ft. of premium amenities, including floating gardens.
