NBCC (India) has received a Rs 100-crore work order from REC. The CPSE will be the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for new construction and renovation of existing REC Institute of Power Management Training (RECIPMT) Building at RECIPMT, Shivarampally in Hyderabad.

Out of Rs 100 crore, Rs 60 crore would be used for the construction of the new training centre, hostel, classrooms, auditorium, kitchen/dining facility and others. The remaining Rs 40 crore is expected to be spent on the demolition of the old existing elevated service reservoir, its new construction with modified design, and renovation of existing RECIPMT buildings comprising office buildings, classrooms, hostels, and allied buildings.

NBCC has recently been awarded a Rs 70 crore order from Grid Controller of India (Grid-India), for interior works including furniture’s, fitout works, cabling and other infrastructure work at Grand Rue - Ayur Vigyan Nagar, in New Delhi. In another recent win, Kochi Metro Rail (KMRL) awarded a Rs 700-cr contract for the development of 17.4 acres (five contiguous land parcels) located in Kakkanad Ernakulam district, Kochi & Coine 'Bliss City'.
