NHC Foods, a prominent exporter of agricultural commodities and spices, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Lotmor Brands.
The agreement grants NHC Foods the rights to manufacture a range of beverages and related products under Lotmor’s ‘Nature Day’ brand, signaling a major step in the company’s growth and diversification strategy. This collaboration marks NHC’s foray into India’s organised retail sector, as the company aims to move beyond exports and into consumer-facing segments.
By leveraging its manufacturing and distribution expertise, NHC intends to cater to the rising demand for high-quality packaged beverages and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), driven by changing consumer preferences and modern lifestyles. The partnership reflects NHC’s broader ambition to evolve into a comprehensive FMCG player.
Commenting on the development, the newly appointed Managing Director of NHC Foods Satyam Joshi, stated, “This MoU with Lotmor marks a defining moment for NHC Foods as we step into India’s thriving retail sector.
