Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation (NHDC), a JV between the Madhya
Pradesh Government and NHPC, plans to set up a 100 MW wind power plant in Kukru
village of Betul district of Madhya Pradesh (MP).
NHDC has appointed C-Wet as consultant to prepare a DPR in this regard and
conduct a survey. The company is expected to go ahead with the project if the
feasibility report comes in favour. The project will be funded either through
internal arrangements or loan.
