Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani confirmed that the Navi Mumbai International Airport will be inaugurated in June, 2025, rescheduled from its initial April 17 launch.
Designed with two runways and four terminals, it is projected to accommodate 90 million passengers annually upon completion. Developed by Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIAL), a joint venture between Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) and CIDCO, the airport aims to ease congestion at Mumbai’s primary aviation hub.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone in 2018, with the project estimated at Rs 16,700 crore.
