Minister, Mr L K Advani, will inaugurate a new terminal complex at Bhuj airport
today, 4 September 2003, built at a cost of Rs.19.51 crore. The terminal,
spread over 7710 sq mt, has a capacity to handle 400 passengers. Terminal has
been built with earthquake resistance structural capabilities and a provision
to park two Airbus A-320 or equivalent aircraft. The terminal has eight
check-in counters and three security frisking booths.
