Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd (APIL) has earmarked Rs 35,000 crore to
develop 19 township projects by 2019.
The company is developing these 19 townships in North India which are spread
over about 7,000 acre. The sizes of the townships vary between 100 and 2,500
acre. For now, the company is planning to focus only on North India.
APIL has already invested Rs 4,000 crore on these projects and will pump in
another Rs 1,600 crore in the remaining part of the current fiscal.
