Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is likely to decide the fate of its $750 million
(approx Rs 3,450 crore) liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal at Ennore on
the outskirts of Chennai in the next two-three months.
IOC is likely to decide if Ennore LNG terminal project is to be revived.
The company had in 2007 put on hold the 2.5 million tpa terminal after huge
gas finds off the east coast made the project economically unviable.
