N M Salim &Associates has been selected as the consultant for preparing the
master plan for the first IT building in the Cyber park coming up in Kozhikode
in Kerala.
The park has also got the Draft Declaration approved by the Land Revenue
Commissioner, which will help complete the acquisition of the remaining land of
the total 43 acre notified for the purpose. A major chunk of the land had
already been acquired through negotiated purchase.
The initial 1.5 sq ft of the first building in the park under the Phase I
with a total area of four lakh sq ft is likely to be ready for commercial launch
by early 2011. The whole project with three million sq ft of built-up space is
slated to be completed by 2015.
