Global industrial real estate leader Panattoni has partnered with Kerala-based Edayar Zinc to develop an Rs 800-crore, Grade A+ multi-client industrial and logistics park in the Edayar Industrial Area, Kochi.
This project marks Panattoni’s first venture in Kerala and serves as a key initiative within the Kerala Logistics & Industrial City (KLIC), which aims to boost Kochi as a hub for global logistics investment. The development will be completed in two phases, with Phase 1 covering 20 acres and offering 5.2 lakh sq. ft. of infrastructure for sectors like e-commerce, FMCG, 3PL, and pharmaceuticals. Construction is set to begin in February 2026, with operations expected by February 2027.
The initiative aims to establish Kochi as a key hub for global industrial and logistics investment. The project promises to set new standards for the region’s logistics infrastructure with sustainable designs and advanced facilities.
