Paras Buildtech has commenced the construction work of its retail high street project, Paras Avenue, located in Noida Sector-129. To embark on the next phase of the project, the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony was successfully conducted last week, and all the necessary permissions have been obtained.

The project spans over two acres, and is set to be a landmark destination in the area offering superior retail experience and food court culture amidst a plethora of features. The strategic location is also likely to bring in renowned gobal brands.

The design includes a variety of retail configurations, wide frontages, and flexible spaces to maximize the commercial potential of products and services. In particular, the double-height store spaces have been planned to ensure maximum brand visibility while making rental rates attractive for investors. The sub-division of the area is expected to elicit shoppers' attention.

Paras Buildtech, which has developed several commercial properties, expects to complete the project within the stipulated timeline. Recently the developers also launched their first SCO Complex, Paras Arcade 114, in Gurugram Sector-114. 

Paras Buildtech has delivered approximately 15 million sq. ft. spanning 12 plus projects in Delhi, NCR. The development spectrum including retail, commercial and residential projects are spread across Gurgaon, Noida, Zirakpur, and Mohali.
