Work is underway for Manjeera Constructions’ residential complex 'Manjeera Monarch' at Vijayawada, Guntur Highway in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh.
The project features four blocks (A, B, C, D) named after four dynasties, that is the Chola, the Satavahana, the Vijaya and the Vishnu. The two, three and four BHK luxury apartments of G+15 floors comprise 420 flats in all. The complex also features club house of G+five floors. The residential complex is spread over on 4.96 acre of land.
The project will offer more than 75 percent open lung spaces and the best of amenities at the centrally located 25,000 sq ft club house equipped with swimming pool, jogging and cycling tracks, meditation decks, party lawns, friendly children’s play areas or tot-lots, tennis, and sand volleyball courts, cricket practice nets, skating rink, hop-skotch area, giant chess, reflexology path, convenient stores, cafe, salon, spaces with exercise and play equipment and clinic, among others.
The recent development news about the project gathered by Projects Today indicates that structural work was completed on Block A, work up to eighth floor was completed on Block B and up to sixth floor on Block C and D. Work on other amenities was yet to commence. The promoter expects to complete the entire project by June 2021.
Amara Raja Infra is the contractor, and architecture of the complex is designed by Matrix Consultants Architects & Engineers. SL Structural Consortium is the structural engineer for the project.
