Puravankara has been chosen as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of eight residential societies in Chembur, Mumbai.
The project spans approx. four acres and will unlock a total development potential of over 1.2 million sq. ft., with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 2,100 crore. This latest win builds on Puravankara’s ongoing redevelopment projects in Mumbai locations such as Breach Candy, Pali Hill, and Lokhandwala. These developments reflect the brand’s credibility in transforming urban spaces with a strong emphasis on design and quality.
