Starworth Infrastructure & Construction, the wholly-owned material subsidiary of Puravankara , has secured a major construction contract valued at Rs 83.51 crore. 

The company has received a letter of intent (LoI) from Krishil WhiteAlpha for executing civil works for the commercial project titled “Luxon”, located at Doddanekundi Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka. 

The scope of the project includes the complete construction of civil works for the proposed commercial infrastructure. This development marks a significant addition to Starworth’s growing portfolio in the commercial construction space and reflects its operational capabilities and credibility in executing large-scale urban infrastructure projects. The award further strengthens Starworth’s presence in the Karnataka real estate and infrastructure segment, especially in the fast-growing Whitefield industrial zone.
