The K Raheja Group is setting up a
software technology park in Bangalore on a 5.24 acre plot of land. The park
will consist of four buildings each with an area of 1,50,000 square feet.
One building has already been completed and sold to
Philips. The other three buildings are likely to be completed by May 2002.
Among other facilities, the park will provide ample
power and parking space for 650 cars.
