Raj Cooling Systems is entering new product categories, expanding beyond its core industrial cooling systems into residential and commercial cooling, home appliances, and molded engineering products.
The company aims to enhance its global footprint and build a resilient export business by scaling shipments over upcoming quarters. “Pilot quantities have already been shipped, with scaled volumes planned in upcoming quarters,” said Kalpesh Ramoliya, Chairman and Managing Director, Raj Cooling Systems. Emphasising the long-term nature of the diversification, he added, “Diversification at Raj Cooling is a long-term strategy, not a short-term switch.”
On the domestic front, Raj Cooling plans to onboard over 11,000 dealers and 1,000 distributors across 27 states and 500 cities by FY26, with a focus on tier 2 and 3 cities such as Assam, West Bengal, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu & Kashmir. Currently operating with 5,000 dealers and 500 distributors in western India, the firm aims to replicate its successful model nationally with localised inventory, faster delivery, and strong after-sales support, driving both domestic penetration and global competitiveness.
