Royal Orchid Hotels (ROHL) has signed a management agreement for a new 70-key Regenta property in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, marking its expansion into Central India.

Developed in partnership with Sarla Builders & Developers, the hotel is located just one km from Raja Bhoj International Airport on Airport Road, with a built-up area of 56,000 sq. ft. The business-focused hotel includes four suites, three conference rooms, a rooftop bar and restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and gym, catering to both corporate and leisure guests.

The project follows ROHL’s asset-light model and supports its strategy of growing in emerging destinations to boost tourism and hospitality.Designed for modern business travellers and MICE clientele, the property aims to combine efficiency with comfort. Bhopal’s growing infrastructure, administrative importance, and appeal to leisure tourists make it a strategic addition to ROHL’s nationwide portfolio.
