SPML Infra, a leading water infrastructure company, has bagged a Rs 1,073 crore contract from Indore Municipal Corporation under AMRUT 2.0 initiative.
The work, which includes a 10-year operation & maintenance (O&M) contract, will significantly upgrade Indore city’s water supply system to benefit over two million residents. Key components include a 1,650 MLD intake with a Raw Water Pump House, a 400 MLD advanced water treatment plant, booster pumping stations, 22 km of transmission pipelines (1,200–2,337 mm diameter), and a 132/33 kV power substation to support operations.
The EPC portion is scheduled for completion within 30 months, including monsoon seasons. Chairman Subhash Sethi remarked, “We are proud to be entrusted with this important project by Indore Municipal Corporation under AMRUT 2.0.
